Q: WHAT IS THE PRICE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHOLESALE & RETAIL?
A: There is a 35 to 20% difference in the unit cost.
Q: WHOSE NAME SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE ORDER FORM?

Q: WHAT DATE SHOULD BE SELECTED ON "DATE EXPECTED"?

A: Pictures and logos can be enlarged. The most signifigant factors are the quality of the original and the amount of the enlargement.
Q: CAN I SEE A COLOR PROOF OF THE ARTWORK?
A: Yes, we e-mail a proof before we print it.
Q: WHAT IS THE NORMAL TURN AROUND FOR AN ORDER?
A: Normal artwork time is two days, depending on how complicated the order is and the length of time it takes to get customer approval. Printing usually takes four to five days, and production of the buttons normally takes three to four days.
Q: WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER IS IN A CRISIS, CAN CP BUTTONS HANDLE RUSH ORDERS?
A: Yes. We have had customers fly their artwork in one day and the buttons produced and on the plane the next day! The most important factor is communication. Please call us, we will do everything possible to help our customers!
