United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas provides a drug free environment for our customers and staff. A mandatory drug screen and criminal check is arequired part of the pre-employment screening process. Once hired, a mandatory TB skin test (annually) is also required as part of the employment policy. Any employment offer will be rescinded for an applicant who refuses to comply with these requests, or fails to pass the drug screen/TB skin test/criminal check.
