United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas provides a drug free environment for our clients and staff. A MANDATORY Drug Screen and Criminal Check is a required part of the pre-empolyment screening process. Once hired, a MANDATORY TB Skin Test (annually) is also required as part of the empolyment policy. Any employment offer will be rescinded for an applicant who refuses to comply with these request, or fails to pass the Drug Screen/TB Skin Test/Criminal Check. Also, orientation and annually MANDATORY training hours are required.
