United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas uses Internet technology and email in the due course of our organization. Our internet activities are compliant with the CANSPAM act went into effect January 1, 2004. Simply stated, we do not send unsolicited commercial email to our current of future clients.
We recognize that fraudulent companies exist who hijack email accounts for the purpose of sending commercial email using someone else’s email. Many do this by using a technology that surfs the Internet collecting website email address information. To prevent this, all email information posted on this site may not be used to market or solicited to other companies.
No one has authority to promote United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas, its services through the use of unsolicited commercial email.
